What It Is

Repair what can be repaired. Replace what can't.

Most damaged auto seats don't need a full replacement. Cracked leather can be re-stitched or re-paneled. Sagging foam can be replaced. Broken seat heaters can be rewired or replaced. We diagnose, quote both repair and replace options, and let you decide.

Twenty-two years of leather. Every seat treated like the first. No shortcuts, no learning curve.

When repair doesn't make sense — heavy damage, multiple intersecting issues — we'll give you the options. From OEM to quality, cost-effective OEM-style vendors. Either way, you get factory-quality results that hold up over years of daily driving.

For replacement panels and covers, we source from Katzkin (catalog kits matched to your make and model), The Seat Shop (OEM-style replacement covers), Richmond Auto Upholstery (premium leather and custom builds), and Keystone Bros. (specialty automotive upholstery). Whatever your vehicle needs — repair, single-panel replacement, or full reupholster — we have a sourcing path that fits.

Common Questions

What people ask before they book.

How do I know if I should repair or replace?
Send us photos of the damage and we'll give you both quotes — repair and replace. Repair usually wins on price. Replacement makes sense when there's heavy damage, multiple intersecting issues, or you'd rather just freshen the interior. You decide based on the numbers. If photos aren't enough, we may need the vehicle in for a hands-on diagnosis — we charge a small assessment fee in that case.
Can you match my factory leather color?
We get a close match with the materials we have — Katzkin, Tuscany, and other major leather lines cover the most common factory colors. We don't do custom blends or unusual colors. If we can't get close enough with what we stock, we'll suggest a cover replacement so the look stays consistent across the seat.
How long does a typical repair take?
Surface work (single panel, re-stitch): often same day. Foam replacement: same day. Heater rewiring: 1–2 days depending on parts availability. Most repairs we'll have you back on the road within 24–48 hours of drop-off.
Will the repair be visible?
Repairs are repairs. Even with the exact same material code, new material looks new next to older leather or vinyl — the old has aged. We match as closely as we can, and on most jobs it will be hard to notice from a few feet away. If you want zero-difference, a full cover replacement is the right call.
What about cloth seat repair?
Pattern matching is harder than leather, so for panel replacements we'll usually recommend a full cover replacement over a panel patch.
